During composition, an error was introduced on p. 711 of the original paper. The text incorrectly indicates that an afternoon storm “occurred between 12 p.m. and 7 a.m.” This should have read “7 p.m.” The complete sentence is as follows: “Overnight storms were defined as those with rainfall occurring between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m., and afternoon storms occurred between 12 p.m. and 7 p.m.”
ASCE regrets this error.
