The first conference on Artificial Intelligence for Resilient Infrastructure and Sustainable Engineering Materials (AIRISE-2025) will address key research findings and challenges in “AI and IoT integration/implementation in infrastructure” and “Sustainability Analysis of Materials.” This event aims to provide a robust platform for presenting significant research works and literature spanning various aspects of engineering and technological advancements. The event will showcase the findings of researchers and practitioners focused on sustainability analysis, life cycle assessment, and innovative applications of AI and IoT in infrastructure and building projects for sustainable developments. The event will also feature eminent keynote speakers presenting their groundbreaking research findings, sharing their expertise, discussion on future directions of technologies and will empower participants with a unique opportunity to connect with them in their respective fields. The special issue will be a collection of few selected high quality original full length research articles (extended version) from the conference along with original articles focused on the amalgamation of Artificial Intelligence with Sustainability for Resilient Infrastructures.

ASCE Requirements for publishing Conference Papers
The AIRISE-2025 paper submitted to the ASCE’s Practice Periodical on Structural Design and Construction (PPSD&C) must maintain ASCE’s requirements for publishing conference papers and the ASCE Ethics Guidelines. The submitted paper(s) to PPSD&C must not have more than 50% content from the previously published AIRISE-2025 paper.
Please note that all accepted papers submitted in response to this Call for Papers will be published in regular issues of the Practice Periodical on Structural Design and Construction and assembled online on a page dedicated to this Special Collection.
