An error during the composition process resulted in an incorrect author affiliation. The correct affiliation for Fangwei Yu is provided herein.
A composition error also led to an incorrect acronym definition. “JGS” should be defined as “Japanese Geotechnical Society” instead of “Japanese Technical Society.”
ASCE regrets the errors.
