Professor Luc Taerwe of the University of Ghent has rotated off the International Editorial Board of the Journal of Composites for Construction. Professor Taerwe was appointed to the Board when the Journal was first established in 1997. I thank Professor Taerwe for his many years of expert guidance.
Professor Jianfei Chen of the University of Edinburgh has been appointed to the Board for a 2-year renewable term beginning in February 2007. Professor Chen is an internationally known expert on structural analysis and the use of fiber reinforced polymer composites for strengthening structures.
