Abstract
Continued planning is under way by the Corps of Engineers for development of the water resources of the Columbia River Basin. These studies will take cognizance of changed conditions and needs since the Corps' comprehensive report of 1948. This paper outlines these changes and the problems being encountered in providing an extended long-range plan for resource development.
