Abstract
Methods are presented for selecting the design wave, crest elevation, wave length, and maximum horizontal particle velocity at the crest for offshore structures. Wave data from various sources, supplemented by a limited amount of wave theory required for the development of generalized graphs, are given in Appendix I.
