Abstract

Bergeron’s Method is adopted for solution of dynamic river flow problems. The mathematical model that is derived from elementary physical principles is well-suited for efficient digital computer programming. A Honeywell 290 process control computer was used in testing the model against past flow histories recorded on a major eastern river.
