Abstract
Conneaut Harbor, Ohio, has record of unusually frequent accidents; paper analyzes seiches on Lake Erie and shows that there is correlation between water level fluctuation recorded at Buffalo and accidents at Conneaut; design of harbor as it pertains to wave reflections.
