Land-Use and Growth Management—A Comment for Professionals

Abstract
To grow or not to grow is covered. A major debate occurring in many communities today is the rate and type of growth that is being or should be experienced. The type of political and technical leadership in the different communities has been determined to be the major cause of the different type of growth or the lack of growth in the local communities. Different methods and techniques for better orientating public officials to the different techniques used in determining what type of growth would be beneficial to their respective city. Certain areas of the law are examined dealing with land use, housing, community development, and landlord-tenant relations.
