Abstract
The Sanitary Engineering Research Laboratory of the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, has completed a three year study of waste water reclamation and utilization. While the investigation embraced the feasibility of reusing waste waters for recreational, agricultural, and industrial purposes, as well as ground water recharge, it was the first of these which appeared to hold early promise. This paper, then, discusses the general considerations for reuse of reclaimed waste water for golf course irrigation, and cites a number of installations where successful use of reclaimed waters is being accomplished.
