Engineering Control of Air Pollution in Los Angeles County

Abstract
The author describes and illustrates the major types of devices installed by industry in Los Angeles County to control the emissions of air contaminants. Over the past ten years, an expenditure of more than 70 million dollars has prevented more than two thousand tons of air contaminants from entering the Los Angeles atmosphere each day.
