Abstract
Ordinances and regulations set up by City of Knoxville, Tenn concerning reception of industrial wastes into system and treatment plants; system of charges and collections, features of ordinance that protect entire system and employees from toxic and other types of harmful wastes, and number of case histories of specific types of liquid wastes.
