Abstract
An analytical technique has been developed which will evaluate all internal forces and external deflections on a curved girder loaded in any manner. The boundary conditions may also be variable, providing great flexibility in the technique. Various loading cases are also presented to show the versatility of the technique. Experimental tests on a single curved girder are also presented, providing reasonable agreement with theory. All the analytical equations have been computerized using the IBM 7094.
