Abstract
A technique is presented to predict maximum nonerosive irrigation stream size for furrows as a function of soil type and bed slope. Data for different soils and field conditions were analyzed to estimate the coefficients of a prediction equation of the form Q=αSuaβ. A Table giving the estimated coefficients for each soil type is given.
