Abstract
Visco-elastic, shear, and rotatory inertia effects are introduced into the Laplace transforms of the response functions for lattice structures. The response functions are written in a closed form, which contains only real quantities for real values of the transform variable, S. The force displacement equation is written in a form suitable for systems with time-dependent properties.
