Abstract

Presentation of recommended guidelines for establishment of a systematic survey to determine the nature and extent of infiltration and inflow into a sewer system and some important factors that must be considered in preparing an economic analysis for corrective action. Examples of a sewer system economic analysis and evaluation and rehabilitation programs are examined.
