Collective Bargaining on the Campus

Abstract
Unionizing of university faculties, with consequent adversary bargaining, is a live trend, with NLRB recently assuming jurisdiction. The Manhattan College case is detailed. Engineering faculty ought not to permit a campus bargaining group to spring into being without full cognizance and voting by every engineering faculty member.
