Because of an unfortunate turn of events, the original manuscript was released with an incorrect piece of information about the AASHTO TP70-13 standard. The paragraph following the bulleted points on page 04015134-5 of the original paper with details about the standard has been corrected as follows:
“The serious concerns over the standard MSCR test protocol led the researchers from AASHTO to make modifications in the specification [e.g., AASHTO TP70-13 (AASHTO 2013)]. These modifications include a higher number of creep-recovery cycles at 0.1 kPa, from 10 to 20 cycles, and the selection of the last 10 cycles at this same stress level, instead of all of them, to determine the R and the Jnr values. Differently from the AASHTO standards, the most recent protocol of the MSCR test in the ASTM standards [ASTM D7405-10a (ASTM 2010)] does not include such details.”
The authors also apologize to readers for the need to publish this erratum.
