Current Scenario of Nanotechnology in Brazil

Abstract
The Brazilian government, like many other countries, promotes the development of nanotechnology as a strategic area to encourage competitiveness. This paper analyzes the current scenario of nanotechnology in Brazil and the initial intention to legislate to regulate the development and/or certain aspects of commercialization of nanotechnology.
