The following correction should be made to the original paper:
The authors thank Dr Osman for bringing to their attention the incorrect reporting of the results published by Osman (2010) and presented in Fig. 16. The mistake in the figure was introduced during the preparation of a high-resolution version of the figure required for publication. Dr Osman kindly provided his results and code, and a corrected version of Fig. 16 in the original paper is provided below in this correction as Fig. 1.
