The paper cited previously was part of a special bilingual issue. All papers in the issue were subjected to two independent rounds of peer review, one in the native language of the paper and another once translated. This paper was provisionally accepted pending the acceptance of the English language version. The publisher should not have posted the provisionally accepted manuscript online. The English version of the paper was not accepted and the provisional acceptance on the Spanish paper has been withdrawn.
The publisher regrets the error.
