Abstract
One of the rules adopted for this discussion is that the matter to be presented must be new. It is a very proper rule, but it should be realized that it is a very difficult one to live up to. As far as new matter is concerned, it is hard to conceive of a phase of this subject which has not been touched upon or investigated more or less thoroughly, except possibly from the laboratory end. It would appear necessary; therefore, to confine oneself to an academic discussion of the matter or to present individual experiences showing some variation from expected results
