Kemano Pressure Conduit Engineering Investigations

Abstract
Basic investigations and tests were conducted for the design of pressure conduits for the world's largest underground hydroelectric generating station (as of 1957), with an ultimate 2,400,000 turbine hp installed capacity in sixteen units. Two pressure conduits described are not exceeded in size, for equal head, by any presently in existence.
