Private Enterprise Can Satisfy the Parking Demand

Abstract
The need for parking areas in cities i s constantly increasing and can be filled either by a combination of commercial and merchant facilities or by municipal investment. The author presents data on off-street parking facilities and states the reasons for his conclusion that the municipality should cooperate in but not finance a parking program.
