Some Reflections Regarding Engineering Practice: Address at the Annual Convention, Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming, July 6, 1932
Publication: Transactions of the American Society of Civil Engineers
Volume 96, Issue 1
Abstract
It is safe, I think, to say that the minds of most engineers, at present are not overburdened with work. Such being the case it is only natural that they should be indulging in a great deal of solemn reflection concerning the internal problems of their profession; not only the problems of long standing but those which are bound up with the future.
