Abstract
A study of this subject presupposes a knowledge of the general subject of odors, their nature, production, and means of transport. The writer has had no opportunity for experimental work and, therefore, can treat the subject only in the most general manner. A line of research, however, is suggested which may produce results.
The subject has been studied under the following heads:
Character of Odors,
Source of Odors,
Control of the Production of Odors.
Control of the Escape of Odors,
Conclusions.
