Abstract
The comprehensive paper by Morris Knowles, M. Am. Soc. C. E., on “The Purpose of Zoning Ordinances, and Methods of Administration,” and his equally admirable contribution to the subject of zoning presented at the Annual Meeting of the Society, January 19, 1923, cover the general subject of zoning very folly. The speaker, therefore, will confine himself to a description of methods and accomplishments of zoning for use in the City of Rochester, N. Y.
