Abstract
A planning and monitoring model oriented to new developments or city improvements has been developed. A step-by-step example for preparing the model, coding the activities, and establishing the correlations and data processing is presented. A developer or city planner using this model is able to achieve a greater control over the project progress and at the end to obtain a greater return on the investment through a better timing.
