Surveys for Spacecraft Tracking Sites

Abstract
Special application of celestial surveying and surveying mathematics; mapping may be accomplished by establishing equation in spherical coordinates based on trajectory criteria; in evaluation of sites, it is desirable to determine acquisition and departure azimuths to spacecraft, and to measure horizon clearances so that effect of obstructions to tracking may be compared; geodetic and layout surveys.
