Abstract
One of a series of three papers discussing the East-West Water Controversy, this paper presents the East's view point, expressing dissatisfaction with regard to the regional imbalance of Federal funding for water resources development. The urgent need for a larger share of such funds to meet growing Eastern problems is stressed.
