Water Intakes in the Niagara River and Lake Ontario

Abstract
Water supply intakes for Town of Tonawanda, NY, located on Niagara River and City of Oswego, NY, located on Lake Ontario; Tonawanda completed and put into operation its new water plant, including intake, in May 1956; Oswego's intake and pumping station is planned to be in operation by Mar 1958; site and construction of both intakes described.
