Abstract
Experimental results are presented for wind tunnel tests on models of: (a) Kresge Auditorium (M.I.T.); and (b) Traveler's Building (N.Y. World's Fair). Kresge Auditorium was tested for two orientations on the wind tunnel floor and one orientation when placed on a ground board, providing an opportunity to compare boundary layer effects. The Traveler's Building was tested as a simple dome on the floor, in a clamshell form and in the final form, umbrella. Comparison of results for different conditions were made and an attempt was made to correlate general results with previous tests on domes and dome-cylinder combinations.
