Remote Photographic Acquisition of Data

Abstract
Meteorological instruments are often remotely located where frequent visits by technicians to obtain readings are impractical. In such cases, an economical device to record data automatically at predetermined time intervals would be useful. Such a device would assure not only that regular readings are obtained, but that each reading is taken at the end of a predetermined time interval. Equipment described herein was developed to meet these needs.
