Publication: Journal of the Environmental Engineering Division
Volume 106, Issue 3
Abstract
The Instrumentation Specialties Company (ISCO) model 1392 automated sampler has been widely used in a variety of water sampling applications because of its rugged construction and reliability of operation. However, several shortcomings of this sampler have been noted by many users. The Instrumentation Specialties Company, manufacturer of this sampler, has brought out a new model which is a great improvement over the 1392 model. However, there are many older samplers still in operation, and this paper presents our efforts to modify the model 1392 sampler to overcome limitations.
