Schedule and Resources of Fast Track Renovation Work

Abstract
The use of network analysis for preplanning and scheduling of a crash construction project was decisive in completing it on time. The use of small crew sizes proved to be the most efficient way to operate. Retrospective analysis used on this project from daily superintendent's reports showed to be very beneficial; actual progress and multitrade outputs were derived.
