Abstract
Information is the coin of the management realm, being the essential link between means and ends. It can be studied analyzed, organized, systematized, and stored for future reference. Management participation in the design and testing of information systems greatly enhances organization communication. Construction management increasingly depends on meaningful information. Management success depends to a large degree on what information is chosen, and how it is utilized.
