Abstract
As the costs of capital assets continue to rise and the sources of funds for capital investments remain limited, it has become essential that the construction contractor carefully evaluate his capital investment program. This paper proposes integer programming as an effective technique for evaluating capital investments in order to optimize the utilization contractor carefully evaluate his capital investment program. This paper proposes integer programming as an effective technique for evaluating capital investments in order to optimize the utilization of the limited funds available to the construction contractor.
