Pavement Design for Commercial Jet Aircraft

Abstract
Requirements given in form of design charts for both rigid and flexible concrete pavements; design curves cover range of loadings for Boeing 707, Douglas DC-8 and Convair 880 commercial aircraft; strengthening of existing rigid pavements by overlays; runway and taxiway dimensional requirements for jet aircraft are not covered.
