The Future of Private Engineering Education

Abstract
A perspective of the current situation of private engineering schools, particularly as regards their financial status and their state of morale, is presented. Some possible causes and some possible solutions are presented. Principally, it is suggested that the private schools concentrate on the education of problem realizers who will be at the cutting edge of applications of technology in future societal developments.
