ABSTRACT
As a part of the Cedar Creek Section 2 Pipeline Replacement Project for Tarrant Regional Water District, Black & Veatch performed a condition assessment of existing tunnel support systems on pipeline crossings under two Union Pacific Railroads. This paper provides a summary of the assessment process, findings, and reuse potential of the tunnels at the Midlothian and Mansfield railroad crossings.
