Abstract
In recent years, many subways have been constructed in the major cities of China, which play an important role in alleviating urban traffic congestion. However, due to the nonstandard procedures, a lot of overruns have appeared in the maintenance and management of the rail transit signal system. As a result, it is valuable to study how to save maintenance and management funds from the perspective of subway signal equipment. Based on the RAMS standard, the maintenance and management of subway signal equipment from pre-construction to post-maintenance has been analyzed, and the improved analytic hierarchy process (AHP) on the maintenance and management of subway signal equipment is introduced to evaluate the key degree of rail transit signal components. Furthermore, the rail transit signal equipment is classified and matched to the appropriate maintenance method.
