Abstract
In the context of port integration, this paper designed the evaluation index system and assigned the weight of each indicator by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and Delphi method based on the summary of the business operations in Lianyungang Port, Jiangsu Province. Then, a business evaluation model for the business operators of Lianyungang Port was established according to the utility function and the Shapley value method. Finally, based on the actual operating conditions of Lianyungang Port’s business operations entities, a business evaluation model was used to analyze the contribution of each major business and a corresponding evaluation conclusion was drawn. According to the evaluation conclusions, valuable suggestions were made on the internal organization and production operations of different port companies in Lianyungang Port.
