Situation Summarization and Trend Analysis of Highway Duty-Commanding Mechanism

Abstract
Based on the analysis and summarization, the traffic police business of highway traffic duty-commanding, three kinds of management regime used in current highway traffic management are concluded, and the characteristics, advantages, and disadvantages of each management regime are also compared. For the highway management regime of the vertical management model, the corresponding organization structure settings and business divisions are summarized. Finally, by summarizing several typical service duty-commanding modes and processes, the development trend of the duty-command mechanism of highway management under information condition is proposed.
