Optimization Model of Intercity Traffic Travel Mode Selection Based on Two-Level Decision Model

Publication: CICTP 2019

Abstract

The problem of intercity traffic travel mode selection can be optimized. The optimal traffic mode of the segment is an objective function of the upper model, and the multinomial nested logit (MNL) model is used as the mode selection. The optimal travel route selection is taken as the lower model objective function, and the optimized Dijkstra algorithm is used for line planning. The decision-making model is used to build double intercity transportation mode choice, and traveler data is usedto verify and analyze the intercity traffic travel case data. The results show that the traffic mode and travel plan selection are consistent with the actual situation, and thee model is accurate and effective. The establishment of this model can provide the better guidance for traffic planners.
