Abstract
The safety of a moving vehicle is a significant issue of traffic safety. This paper analyzes the basic law of the information activity process in vehicle operation. The focus is on the application of the network program of information activities to the early warning of vehicle operation safety. A cyber-physical system (CPS) represents a system that tightly integrates computation, communication, and control. Perception, communication, and computing capabilities are embedded into the physical device in order to realize distributed sensing. A CPS offers a new theory to the application of information to improve the early warning of a moving vehicles safety performance. This paper is oriented towards the integration of information and transportation processes in which these processes can be realized by cyberizing the traffic early-warning process.
