Study on Impact of River Management on Vegetation Dynamics Response in a River Channel Using Hydraulic Simulation and Ecological Modeling

Publication: World Environmental and Water Resources Congress 2018: Groundwater, Sustainability, and Hydro-Climate/Climate Change

ABSTRACT

This study aims to clarify the mechanism of overgrowth woodlands that is important issue on flood control and environmental management. We conducted the hydraulic simulation and ecological simulation and consider the cause of overgrowth woodlands. In the result, it is estimated that gravel pit was very important effect on the overgrowth woodlands.
