IoT Supervision and Evaluation System of the Port Gantry Crane

Abstract
Since the scale of China’s port enterprises continues to expand. The gantry crane has problems of a serious waste of energy consumption, highlighted security risks. And the current performance evaluation and management is relatively backward during the production operation process. With the “Internet +” as the background and we are supported by the IoT technology. To establish the whole space time evaluation system cover the team personnel and equipment safety supervision. Based on the network statistics alarm system and take unit loading and unloading energy consumption as the key assessment index. Through the vertical beacon scale, continuous improvement and comparison, optimize personnel management operation mode of the equipment. In combination with the practical running situation of port enterprises, it is verified that this system can not only provide a feasible path for the safety supervision of the port gantry crane, but also provide a useful exploration for the construction of a resource-saving and environment-friendly “eco por0074”.
