Research on the Optimization of Distribution Locations and Transporting Routes for the Products of Cold Chains with Time Windows

Abstract
Distribution center location and route are of equal importance to cold chain logistics. It is necessary to consider the location and route optimization comprehensively for the benefit of the overall cold-chain logistics system. Constraints of time window are adopted to determine the location of a distribution center and the arrangement of transportation route for cold chain product on the basis of a bilevel programming model. The two levels of the model are checked but mutually promoted to minimize total cost. One case will be analyzed and solved by means of network optimization algorithm. Then the model and solution are proved to be feasible and reasonable for the optimization of distribution center location and route.
