Abstract
Through the presentation of Fujian Mianhuatan Dam safety monitoring system development principles, the independent program model like statistical model, not sure model and monitoring index which are similar with DLL format files were introduced. Then introduced the three principles of the development of independent program modules are described. By setting in the modules, data analysis and monitor index development of the measuring points to the dam monitoring system were achieved, it provides a basis for further analysis and diagnosis of the dam. At last, the module calculated results and the prediction accuracy were verified with different point monitoring data of Mianhuatan Gravity Dam in this article, and then provided a theoretical basis and experience for reference.
