Abstract
Regarding the different characteristics of the normal and the tangential of the construction interface, based on the material damage and the mechanical parameters, damage evolution equation is estabished by taking elastic modulus as damage variable on the normal direction. Further more, according to the creep process and properties on the tangential direction of the RCC, a tangential creep damage analysis model is selected and established, based on which, expression for the damage variable on the tangential direction of the RCC construction interface is proposed, thus the damage state of the construction interface can be determined. The example shows that these proposed models can simulate the creep damage characteristics of RCCD.
